shopping: we are like oil & water when it comes to shopping. i have to remember that when he suggests we go shopping again.
typical male he is: needs a purpose to buy an item, once he buys it..he is done shopping. he doesn't get extra items. he doesn't like to go shopping if he doesn't have to. he can make a shopping list and stick to it.
typical female i am: my purpose may be to buy a specific item, once i buy it... i'm not necessarily done shopping. i like to browse.. i like to go into shops just to look. i can make a shopping list ..but usually forget the list and buy whatever i think i need or want.

but he is rubbing off on me even though he still thinks i am a frivolous spender. i try to buy on sale.. on clearance.. on discount... with coupons... and also not in cook county because of the sales tax.
