more pics from the dupage sheriff open house last year.. pretty cool ...we got to see police cars, military vehicles, bomb squad trucks, fire engines, and helicopters.
then we went to jail.
took a bus ride to the jail...we also got to see the forensics dept.
hmmm...not as glamorous as watching CSI on TV but still very interesting.
did i mention this was free family fun?
pretty coolio tour.. and would only like to see this as a tour...ok kids?
was it scary?
only when i remember the one guy in the orange suit giving me the crazy eye from the locked jail unit...then all the other inmates started trying to get a glimpse of us.
if the sheriff offers an open house this year...yes..we will go again.
