dad was massaging kuya bernard's legs when Byron & Roy came to visit. love having the guys come visit because they lift everybody's spirits up with the corniness that comes out of Roy's mouth.
Dad: 'you know everyone should have a capuchin monkey.. a monkey can dress you...feed you... massage you.. it should be a white capuchin monkey'
Roy: 'hey Mr. Navarro, you've really thought this through"
Dad: 'Oh yeah... a capuchin monkey is only $25,000'
Kuya Bernard (actually smiled and chuckled): 'i like how dad's already done the figures'
....later on, Mom is talking about finding a filipino wife for Roy or Byron.
Mom: 'yeah... a filipina wife will only cost you $10,000'
I quipped: 'yeah..get a filipina wife... it's cheaper than getting a capuchin monkey!'
i walked out w/ Byron and Roy -
Byron said to me 'don't worry... your brother is our brother'
